The 2024 Timber Lakes HOA Annual Assessment is $1,723. The assessment is due January 1st of every year and is considered delinquent if not paid by March 31st. The maximum annual assessment may be increased each year not more than 10% above the maximum assessment from the previous year without a vote of the membership. If it is to be increased more than 10% above the maximum assessment from the previous year, a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the Members must be approved at a meeting dully called for this purpose.
The assessment levied by the Association shall be used exclusively to promote the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residents in the Properties, to improve and maintain the Common Area and to provide all other services and maintenance required of the Association by the Maintenance Agreement.
