Timber Lakes HOA charges a setup fee of $45 to acquire a mail box at the mail house. The HOA will give you a form to take to the Post Office to get your keys and transfer your mail to the new mail box address. This address will be different than the physical address of your cabin or lot number. There is an annual charge of $20 added on to your HOA annual assessment every year to cover the costs of up-keep to the mail house.
All packages shipped UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, or Prime, will be taken to the package house by the carrier and sorted alphabetically on shelves per your last name. There are security cameras at the package house and the mail house to keep an eye on deliveries.
There is no garbage pickup from your individual residence in Timber Lakes. All garbage must be taken down to the Dumpsters located across the street from the mail house. Wasatch County Public Works is in-charge of disposal of these dumpsters and charge $118 annually for a non-primary residence, and $136 annually for a primary residence. These dumpsters are for household trash only. No construction waste, furniture, or non-household waste is permitted.
