Bryce takes great pride in helping others discover what Timber Lakes is all about and finding the right piece of property to make their mountain vision come true. When he is not brokering deals or developing property in his excavator, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter, horses, and dogs.
Bryce is an avid snowmobiler, outdoorsman, golfer, UTV’er, and takes full advantage of every season Timber Lakes has to offer.
Jake and his family have been part of Heber valleys history for multiple generations. Jake is a full-time Heber resident and a part-time Timber Lakes resident.
For the last 20 years in the mortgage industry, Jake has helped hundreds of Timber Lakes residents buy, build, and refinance their homes. Now, Jake is teaming up with a prominent Real Estate Broker to help others achieve their Timber Lakes mountain dream.
He enjoys every aspect of Timber Lakes living, from the quiet sunsets, to the abundance of wildlife, and the snowmobile access to the National Forest from his cabin.
He and his wife enjoy taking their three children paddle boarding on Jones Lake, hiking Moose Trail, and tubing in the winter snow. Jake’s desire is to assist anyone wishing to experience the luxury that Timber Lakes has to offer. Jake is also one of the board members of the Timber Lakes Water Special Service District to further serve the community.
